Jack Rowley
Owner/Lead Engineer
Jack started Octa Audio in 2021 after 14 years working in and around some of the biggest Post Houses in Soho. He took all of his acquired knowledge and opened the Octa Audio studios in the lanes in Brighton. Now firmly established Jack is still on the front line specialising in mixing, sound design and composition for some of the biggest TV channels, trailer houses and production agencies.
Fun Fact: Jack was once a child model for the now obsolete clothing brand C&A
Jon Munro
Mixer and Sound Designer
Jon has been with Octa Audio since 2022 and is an integral part of the Octa family. His attention to detail has produced some incredible sound design work for a whole host of clients.
Fun Fact: Jon has no real teeth and he can’t swim
Ed Brown
Mixer and Sound Designer
Ed started working for Octa Audio in 2023 applying his knowledge from studying sound in Brighton. His progress has been outstanding and he is now a fully fledged sound engineer specializing in mixing and sound design. With big clients already under his belt his progression looks set to continue
Fun Fact: Ed used to be a lead singer for a funk and soul cover band called The Conmitments.
Lee Willis
Owner of Remote Audio Post
Lee owns and runs sister studio Remote Audio Post. He has over 20 years experience within some of the biggest post houses in London which is where Lee and Jack worked together. They both set up their own facilities at a similar time and lean on each other for a whole host of audio work.
Fun Fact: Lee's middle name is Derek
Tom Dalton
Owner of Brown Bear Audio
Tom has been running one of Brighton's most prominent studios for many years now. Octa Audio and Brown Bear are studio neighbours in the Brighton Lanes. Jack and Tom have collaborated on many high end audio jobs. Toms facilities are perfect for Dolby Atmos and ADR sessions.
Fun Fact: Tom loves spinning house on the wheels of steel
